FEES are based on hourly rates, fixed fees or contingent depending on the type of case. Family and Probate cases are typically billed at an hourly rate with a retainer paid up front. Representation of Buyers and Sellers in a Real Estate Transaction are for a fixed fee. Personal Injury and Auto Accident cases are typically paid on a contingency basis, which means that the firm only gets paid for its services when the client receives a settlement or award. At the initial consult, information about the fees and costs is explained in detail to each client.
